Architects of Amytis
The King of Babylon wishes to gift his beloved Queen Amytis the most beautiful city ever created. He summons two of the world's finest architects to design it, but only the very best plan will ever be built. In this tense two-player duel, it's up to you to craft the most marvellous city in the world.
Architects of Amytis blends tile placement, worker placement and a clever "tic-tac-toe" twist. On your turn, select a tile from the main board and place one of your Architect pawns on the matching pile, then lay the tile anywhere on your own board, filling a free spot or covering another tile to build your city ever higher. Each of the six building types scores immediately when placed, while the four colours let you reproduce the King's projects for end-game points. Line up three of your Architects in a row, column or diagonal and you'll earn a coveted King's Favour.
