How to return an item

Sign in and open the order, or use the link in your dispatch email.

Print your label
We email a prepaid returns label — just attach it to the parcel.

Drop it off
Post it at any Royal Mail post office or parcel locker.

Get refunded
Refund processed 3–5 days after it reaches our warehouse.
Damaged or faulty items: email hello [at] mpgames [dot] io within 48 hours with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund, no need to return the faulty item first.
Refund timing: once your return reaches our warehouse, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
