Leaders

Leaders is a fast-paced tactical duel for two players designed by Hugo Frénoy. Each game takes just 15 minutes, making it perfect for quick strategic showdowns or best-of-three matches. Players draft from a pool of unique characters, each with distinct abilities, then deploy them on a hexagonal grid where positioning and timing are everything.

The open drafting system means you're constantly weighing risk and reward — do you take the character that suits your strategy, or deny your opponent their perfect pick? Once the battle begins, variable player powers and shifting grid positions create a puzzle that changes every game. With a medium-light weight of 1.92, it's accessible enough for newer players but offers enough depth to reward repeated plays.

Published in 2025 with striking artwork by Xavier Gueniffey Durin, Leaders delivers tense head-to-head gameplay without the hour-long commitment of heavier strategy games.
