Edition Spielwiese

Edition Spielwiese has earned widespread acclaim for publishing accessible, innovative games that prioritize clever mechanisms over complexity. Founded as an imprint under Pegasus Spiele, this German publisher focuses on gateway and family-weight titles that deliver surprising depth in compact packages. MicroMacro Jigsaw: The Home Game extends their celebrated detective series into puzzle territory, while Leaf it! showcases their talent for quick card games with immediate appeal.

These titles suit families and casual groups seeking games that teach quickly but reward repeated plays. Edition Spielwiese excels at designs that accommodate 2-4 players in under 45 minutes, making them ideal for weeknight sessions or introducing non-gamers to modern tabletop design. Maybe.Not.Perfect exemplifies their approach: simple rules that create genuine decision-making without overwhelming newcomers to the hobby.
